Delivery Policy
Payment shall be made before supply of Service. Art of Sensual Touch reserve the right to suspend delivery of Service until full payment is received.
Booking Conditions, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Please phone our office on 0844 991 0491 to check availability and prices if unclear on the website, or if you have any other questions.
For all bookings (i.e. by phone, site or in person) £20 deposit towards the treatment confirms the appointment. Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Requests for change appointments require a notice period of 5 hours prior to the appointment.
Sessions with Art of Sensual Touch is at the Therapists discretion. In certain circumstances it may be necessary to end the session and ask a client to leave. In these cases no refunds or transfers will be given.
