Preparation/After care
Spiritual, mental and physical preparation is a key component of Tantra. The experience will be greatly enhanced if you enter the session with an open heart, conscious awareness and an available body; whether consciously or unconsciously, that preparation begins even before your scheduled appointment.
New clients in particular, should establish a clear intention for the impending Tantric session. It’s important to remember that the path of Tantra is both spiritual as well as sensual. Tantra explores our sexuality and sensuality as a conscious meditation. The act of setting your intention will create an opening for the session to unfold naturally and in harmony with the physical, erotic and cosmic energies contained within you.
You will want to prepare your mind, body and spirit for the experience. For a first-time receiver, the act of opening all parts of your body – including the most sacred areas – to exploration and stimulation can be a life-changing experience.
The following techniques will help you create the quality of openness required to achieve the highest levels of sexual and spiritual fulfilment:
Anticipatory Contemplation
Prior to your scheduled session you should spend a few moments each day in anticipatory, conscious contemplation of the experience. While in meditation, feel the presence of the Tantrica masseuse in your midst, opening your heart to the experience. In a seated position and with your arms relaxed at your side, visualize the hand of your Goddess gently resting upon various parts of your body. Stay with that visualization for 2 minutes in each part. You may become sexually aroused, but resist the urge to move your arms from your side. Remember that this is a visualization exercise. Simply sit with the image as your spirit releases sexual blockages and opens to the sensual mysteries of the universe.
Chakra Balancing
It can be also helpful to spend at least five to ten minutes each day releasing your ‘Heart’, ‘Root’ and ‘Sacral Chakras’. This exercise is best done nude in a standing position. Begin by placing your left hand on your ‘Heart Chakra’ allowing yourself to open to the love and intimacy. Once your heart has released, place your right hand upon your ‘Root Chakra’ (between the root of the lingham and anus). Remain there for at least three minutes before moving your right hand to your lingham, awakening the ‘Sacral Chakra’, which addresses sexuality. Allow your hand to remain there for at least five minutes. As with the visualization exercise, you might find yourself sexually aroused. Welcome the arousal and continue to firmly clasp your genitals, but resist the urge to manipulate the lingham. Remember, the goal is to awaken the Chakra and move the energy through your body.
Physical Preparation
Many men benefit from practicing their Pelvic muscle (for men) (PC) exercises.
These exercises will build energy in the body, strengthen and heighten sensitivity of the lingham as well as the anus, help with injaculation, the orgasm without ejaculation.
If you don’t know where the pelvic muscle is, go to the bathroom and while you urinate, try to stop the actions. There is it , the PC muscle.
Work with pelvic muscle :
Repeat this set 3 times and if possible twice a day
1. squeeze( contract ), hold it and release 10x
2. squeeze (contract), and hold for 10sec
Mental Preparation
It is quite natural for the first-time receiver to experience nervousness prior to the session, Know that this nervousness will pass once you enter our sacred space. Perhaps the most important final step you will take in preparation will occur the moment before you knock on the door. Pause, close your eyes, and take three cleansing breaths. Then knock. When the door opens, gaze into the eyes of the goddess greeting you, knowing that the experience you are about to receive will bring you to new levels of physical, sexual, emotional and spiritual awakening. It will be an experience you will not forget.
What happens after a Sacred Tantra Healing Massage:
Although it seems as if you didn't do much, this experience will activates your body and mind, and can sometimes be tiring, so respect the need to rest. The trance-like state, which usually accompanies massage session, further enhances the euphoric, dreamlike state in the hours that follow the session.
Since massage sometimes unlock repressed emotions and blocked energies, it is natural to feel energy changes and mood-swings in the hours (sometimes a few days) that follow the session.
Within massage sessions you will be exploring your body and mind, discovering previously unnoticed sensations and emotions.
Allow yourself to experience it fully, accept whatever you feel and think to maximize the benefits of the session.
After some sessions, when you've achieved a desirable body-mind balance, you will be able to detect unwanted pattern with
greater ease, acuity and sensitivity. This is one of the educational aims of the massage.
Remember that massage sessions are a journey, and as such they are always interesting to explore; sometimes intensive and moving and usually fun and enjoyable - yet sometimes difficult or challenging.
After care advise:
To get the most out of received treatment you should:
1. Drink plenty of water - to help flush out the toxins that just have been released from the tissues
2. Avoid alcohol or any other stimulants (and that's include drugs, tea, coffee) for at least 12 hours after the treatment they
will de-hydrate you
3. Rest after the treatment - to allow the body to heal and settle. Gentle walking recommended
4. Only eat a light meal (possibly healthy one - vegetarian, vegan).
Remember:
Prevention is better than cure. Regular treatment will stop future stress accumulating and are a very effective way of embarking on a healthier and more wholesome course of living.
